Jay sees Agile and Business Agility practices as a means to create great business cultures where people are excited to go to work. He focuses on integrating Agility methods with the necessary mindset transformations required to “be Agile” to achieve full benefits.
Jay serves as Adjunct Faculty at Northwestern University, where he developed and taught the first course at a major university on Radical Management, Reinventing the Workplace for the 21st Century, by Steve Denning. In 2014 he was selected to develop and teach his new Agile course at the University of Chicago Graham School called Managing the Radical Shift to Agile.
Jay holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Evanston, IL. His Agile credentials include certificates in Agile Coaching and Agile Team Facilitation, Agile Coaching Institute, Reston, VA, and CSM, CSPO and CSP, Scrum Alliance, Boulder, CO., LeSS Practitioner from Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), and Business Agiity, Software Scaling from Enterprise Scrum and Jay is authorized to train to provide certificates in Enterprise Scrum Software Scaling and Business Agility.
